New Delhi:  January 9th The Supreme Court has accepted the centre's suggestion  that the playing of national anthem  before the screening of movies should not be made compulsory. The court modified its 2016 order a day after the government said a final decision  can be taken on the issue once a ministerial panel comes up with its procedure on this.
