Natural remedies to control diabetes

. Mango leaves

  • Boil 15 fresh mango leaves in one glass of water. Leave overnight. Filter the water and drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
  • Tender mango leaves are very effective to treat diabetes by regulating insulin levels in the blood.
  • It is high in fiber content best known for its ability to boost one’s energy.
  • It increases satiety and helps in slowing the breakdown of food and also in lowering blood.
  • Drink the juice of the tender shoot of neem leaves on an empty stomach.it has number of amazing medicinal properties.
  • It develops insulin receptor sensitivity, helps to improve the blood circulating by dilating the blood vessels.
  • Take two tablespoon of juice extracted from basil leaves and drink on an empty stomach.
  • Tulsi are packed with anti-oxidants that relieve oxidative stress and have essential oils that help in lowering blood sugar levels in the body.
  • Take four medium size fresh Ladies finger cut the edges. Put a spilt on it.
  • Put inside a cup of water. Leave overnight, morning place ladies finger on the new cup.
